JCP represented the tenant, LION Power Systems in negotiating an industrial lease for 47,788 square feet in 3321 E. Princess Anne Road in the Norfolk Industrial Park in Norfolk, Virginia. LION Power Systems distributes and assembles battery storage systems.
JCP represented the investor in the purchase of a leased investment located at 120 American Legion Road in Chesapeake, Virginia. The investor is a multi-transaction client of Jonathan Commercial Properties.
34 fixed wet slips with power and water. 2.38 acres minutes from downtown Urbanna. Marina building has 2,484 square feet with 600 square foot second floor apartment. First floor ideal for ship store, event space, snack bar or additional apartment. Property has boat ramp, railway, pump out station and stabilized yard area.
Coastal Marina Sales completed the sale of Yankee Point Marina located in Lancaster County, Virginia. Jonathan Guion, SIOR, who specializes in marina sales, handled the sale for the seller. Yankee Point Marina is a successful ongoing full-service operation that includes wet slips, a boatyard, winter storage, a ships store, and a snack bar and pool for guests. The marina sits on over six acres with 101 wet slips on a deep channel with access to the Rappahannock River, room for 180 boats in the yard, and provides both gas and diesel fuel.
The previous owners had run the operation for over 22 years and established a strong reputation for quality yacht work. The new owner, B+G Marine Services, is an experienced boatyard operator with multiple locations including Annapolis and the British Virgin Islands, and an excellent reputation for quality work as well.
Coastal Marina Sales represented the owners in the sale of the Bridge Marina and the Urbanna Port Marina both located in Urbanna, Virginia. The Bridge Marina and the Urbanna Port Marina are two adjacent marinas that make up the primary commercial marina facilities in Urbanna, home of the famous Urbanna Oyster Festival. These two marinas, now combined as the Urbanna Boatyard & Marina, have a total of 172 fixed and floating wet slips, a restaurant, hauling and repair services, fuel, lodging, transient slips and additional amenities. The new owners are local to the area and plan on expanding the services and amenities offered by the marina.
Coastal Marina Sales represented the owners in the sale of a full operating marina with a 39,000 square foot dry storage building, over 200 dry and wet slips, marine store and maintenance services. The property and business sold to an investment group specializing in marinas.
JCP represented an investor in the purchase of 2.5 acres of industrial land in the Taylor Farm Industrial Park in Virginia Beach, Virginia for the development of a warehouse building.
JCP represented a long term manufacturing client in the renewal of an 80,000 square foot lease for manufacturing space located in the Airport Industrial Park in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The client owns and leases multiple large industrial spaces in Virginia Beach and has been a JCP client for over 20 years.
JCP represented an investor in the purchase of an 8,000 square foot Family Dollar store located in Wakefield, Virginia. The investor is a repeat client of JCP.
JCP represented the investment partners in the sale of a 10,200 square foot free-standing industrial building located near the Norfolk Industrial Park in Norfolk. The investment partners sold the building to a local company for their corporate headquarters and warehouse operations.
